The Sheriff can identify the host jail and Franklin-created arrest or transport record. Use the route that matches the question:
- For a named released person or record request, use the full Franklin release guide.
- For probation or parole, use IDOC Resident/Client Search and District 6.
- For a same-day event, follow the host-jail fallback because Franklin has no verified 24-hour feed.
- For an IDOC date or alert, use the state search and Idaho VINE.
- For physical custody, contact Caribou, Bannock, or Cache after the Sheriff identifies the host.
- For a state record request, use IDOC’s NextRequest portal or Records Information office.
- For a supported federal transfer, use BOP or ICE, not a county roster.
